How To - Failed or Unsuccessful Transactions

1. If a transaction has been unsuccessful and is declined, the following is displayed on the PED:









2. The POS terminal will display the Transaction Declined screen









3. Should the transaction time-out between the POS Terminal and the PED, the following will be displayed:









The Lane3000 will make a recognisable chime to indicate that the payment has declined.
